CEO/Founder
Ben Elmore stands at a compelling intersection of technology innovation and kingdom impact. With over two decades pioneering digital transformation across multiple industries, his journey reflects a rare combination: the strategic insight to create billions in enterprise value, and a heart to help the Church thrive in a digital age.
As Chairman of Intevity, Ben has guided organizations through profound technological change, resulting in over $21B in enterprise value and nine successful startups for those organizations. His firm builds next-generation digital experiences and products that serve millions of users daily, partnering with industry leaders from UnderArmor to the Intelligence community.
Yet it was a distinct calling that led Ben to found Servant, where he now helps transform how faith-based organizations engage in the digital era. Under his leadership, Servant has partnered with ministries like The Chosen, YouVersion, and OneHope, bringing both technical excellence and deep understanding of mission to each collaboration.
A self-proclaimed nerd with an adventurous streak, Ben is equally comfortable parsing technical challenges or chasing sharks on deep-sea fishing expeditions. But ask him about his proudest achievement, and he'll tell you about raising five children with his wife Mary in Franklin, TN, where they actively serve their community and support causes including autism awareness and thriving marriages.
Ben's approach to leadership reflects his personal mission: building legacy through the lives he touches, the problems he solves, and the fearless way he lives out his faith. Whether he's guiding organizations through digital transformation or mentoring the next generation of leaders, his work consistently demonstrates that technical excellence and kingdom impact can not only coexist—they can multiply each other's effect.
