Samura Jones

Samura is a devoted wife, mother, and passionate follower of God who deeply cherishes her family and village. As the author of The Shattered Whole interactive journal and host of The Shattered Whole podcast, she serves as an emotional restoration coach, walking alongside others on their path to healing and wholeness.

A resilient survivor of multiple sexual assaults, pregnancy loss, PCOS, and dysautonomia, Samura has overcome unimaginable adversity—including severe abuse in foster care. Her journey of transformation, rooted in over 20 years of faith and perseverance, stands as a testament to God’s restorative power. Her service during the COVID-19 pandemic, in which she helped feed over 150,000 people through as program director of Headz Inc. Hope Market program, earned her the prestigious Covid-19 Hero Award.

Today, Samura ministers as a leader of the Congregational Care Team and ordained Minister at Hope City Church. She also serves on the Board of Push Past Past Pain and leads systemic impact as the Area Director for CarePortal in NYC. With deep experience in community leadership, event management, and team development, she is a certified expert in multiple emotional and trauma healing modalities.

Samura lives her life as a disciple, answering God’s call with compassion, wisdom, and unwavering purpose—empowering others to rise from brokenness into purpose-driven healing.
