Hi, I’m Adam Durso, Founder and Executive Director of the Leading Leaders Collective and Senior Advisor at Faithly. For over 25 years, I’ve had the joy of walking alongside leaders — creating safe spaces where they can be encouraged, equipped, and empowered. I currently serve as a Minister at the Christian Cultural Center and as a member of the Clergy Advisory Council to New York City’s Mayor. Previously, I’ve served as President of LEAD.NYC and Vice President of Movement.org.
